RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
14-Day Policy
We have a 14-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Customization & Non-Returnable Items
Because each CamánID is custom-printed with specific player and club details, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer during the ordering process. Please double-check your spelling and sizing selections before completing your purchase.
Digital Hub Access
Once your CamánID is activated and synced to your profile on the Athlete Hub, the digital portion of the purchase is considered ‘consumed’ and is strictly non-refundable.
Damages & Printing Errors
We stand by the quality of our gear. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product arrives physically damaged, or if the custom printing does not match the exact details you submitted in your order, please contact us immediately at info@camangear.ie. If confirmed defective or incorrect on our end, we will offer a full replacement or refund to make it right.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part, Camán Gear will cover the return shipping costs.
Starting a Return
To start an eligible return, please contact us at info@camangear.ie. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
